Founded by Juan, alongside his wife Sandra, Ericka, and family, La Cocina brings the flavors of Mexico City together with a family-first experience centered around food, connection, and community.

With over 30 years of living a vegetarian and health-conscious lifestyle, the kitchen is built around fresh, clean ingredients and the same standards the family holds at home.

Since opening on September 10, 2024, the goal has stayed simple: serve real food, create real moments, and give Roseburg a place that feels like home.
